Good Vibrations

Good vibes only.

Have you ever tried that?

For more than a couple of hours, minutes?

Impossible – right?

We have been conditioned by society, schooling and sadly, yes also our primary caregivers to be ‘in survival’ almost perpetually. (And yes, to a large degree, there is our ‘caveman/woman’ brain which also keeps us in this state too…)

That means that we are mostly looking for what can go wrong, what won’t work out, who will betray us, lie to us, take from us. As little as the wrong change at a store. The work contract with all the small print. The boy/girl we are interested in, married to, related to…

What we were not taught was that all those survival thoughts dont’ make us movers and shakers – they make us sick. Best case we have more reasons to buy into it all as we then attract the very things we are ‘fearing’.

We know the saying: Our vibe attracts our tribe.

This is true due to very simple laws in our Universe that nobody escapes regardless of sexual orientation, colour, culture, age or education.

The law of Vibration. It is as real as the table you constantly walk into. AND here is the kicker that I was furious to learn so late in life…. IT IS SO SIMPLE!

How frustrating to have lived ‘hustling’ along, making things happen. Working my a$$ off for years when all I had to do was discover the secret… and no not that Secret. The Law of attraction is secondary. The primary, the kicker, the no. 1!

The law of vibration. Good Vibes! Yes. But how…

That is the most fundamental Duh for me. It doesn’t mean I hit it every time, every day. It means that when shit is not working I can adjust and correct and take back that Jack Sparrow compass and go in the direction I DO want to.

SImply put… Your thoughts (electrical in nature), create emotions (chemicals/hormones) which change the nature of the way EVERY cell in your body works… aka VIBRATES.

I don’t like the idea that something/someone is good or bad… REFRAMING these social constructs into High and Low vibrations instead helps me way more. It helps me take out the judgment of others, myself, places, and situations. It also negates the societal-instilled need for me to please and be a nice good girl… so that I can make a Higher or Lower vibrational choice instead.

What freedom. Deep peace and direction. It is also the fundamental truth/law that I teach all my clients. Without this understanding, nothing else can really be built or changed.

The simplicity is thrilling for me and I loved it so much I spent months creating charts to help people understand how to raise the vibration of their body, life, relationships, animals, etc

And you don’t need to go study psychology or neuroscience to change this… Your feelings/emotions are your guides! They give you the biggest clues.

Bob Proctor says: ‘Feeling is conscious awareness of vibration.’

EMOTIONS are the CLUES that tell you what STATE your body is in.

A lot of people battle with this at first, as they have only ever been allowed to have the ‘socially acceptable’ feelings: Happy, agreeable, nice, generous, courteous. And so they miss all the other emotions which create low vibrations and chaos in their lives, relationships, and jobs. Learning all the emotions and how they feel in your body is a start. Notice ‘how you feel’… YES – HOW DO YOU FEEL?… Do you have a name for it? These are the clues to unlocking the ‘hidden’ blocks which keep ‘snagging your top as you move through life’.

So yes… GOOD VIBES ONLY!
